 This trek starts after taking a flight to Tumlingtar from where the trail leads upstream along the rarely trekked route of Arun (Makalu), across the terraced fields and villages offering magnificent views of Mt. Makalu, Kumba Karna mountain Range to Kangchenjunga. Going upstream to Makalu Base Camp up the Barun glacier crossing 3 high passes (Sherpani Col- 6146 m, West Col-6143 m and Mingbo La 5817m.) descend towards the popular Everest trail to Lukla. |

Fly Kathmandu to Tumlingtar and commence trek to Manebhanjyang. |
| Day 04-13: |
Commence trek to Makalu Low Base camp. |

Baruntse Base Camp (Makalu Side). |
| Day 15-19: |
Cross Sherpini Col, West Col to Seto Pohari. |
| Day 20-23: |
Trek via Khare to Lukla. |
| Day 24: |
Fly Lukla to Kathmandu and transfer to hotel. |
